Sometimes it confuses me as to how people get into domain auctions or receive offers on content that has no traffic and very little commercial value. Many of these domains seem to receive more attention than mines, possibly due to them paying to promote their domains. Now I can see how advertising improves the likelihood you'll end up selling a domain.
I have one domain that receives over 800 unique visitors per months. Many domains selling for thousands produce little traffic. I want to receive chance to enter a future auction. It seems virtually impossible to get selected into an auction. I will keep everyone posted about techniques to make a domain sale.

Buy Domains to Make Future Revenue

Google Ads
Since I started my blog this past summer, I haven't made any ad revenue worth bragging about. EHow.com is a much nicer place to write articles. People will actually read your articles there. You make consistent revenue there as well. Once of my most popular article on Ehow is "How to Reduce Fines on Traffic Citations." It seems that people are looking to save money, then possibly considering techniques to earn revenue.
Google ads haven't worked at all for me. Right at this moment, I have $38 sitting in my account. There hasn't been a click since the past year. As much as I enjoy writing these blogs, I try to look at it as an informational forum to help people, otherwise I will lose interest and avoid producing any articles. This blog is more to keep my writing skill intact, whereas it will help me to produce a few books in the upcoming months.
I read many blogs on the net. Other writers attract fans without even trying. Maybe it is the topic of choice, or possibly the name of their domains. I have over 300 domains with great names. Most of them were created for resale purposes. However, it seems hard to make a sale because many of these domain companies want you to pay extra money to increase exposure to your domain. I can't afford to pay for appraisals, increased categories and front page landing. After spending $100, I risk not selling off the domain.
As for the google ads, I feel that it is a waste of time. Maybe other writers have made money with them, but I have never collected a single cent with displaying them on my blog. Bloggers suggest that you have to be patient. I have been patient for years, adding a ton of degrees to my existing experiences. What I want usually eludes me. When I miss out on opportunities, I have to wait several years for another. I have decided it is time to stop depending on cheap ads, instead I need to finish my books. Authors are always in constant demand, whereas people don't trust blog writers too often. It is more about the credibility of the write and the forum they write on.
I may consider monetizing with another company because I know I'm not being compensated for the clicks. My parked domains have generated over 100 clicks in the past 7 weeks. Right now, Google only tracked 66 clicks. which is the same amount I had several months ago. I'm think they are making money, while us little people are getting ripped off, as usual. Who really knows if we are actually credited for the clicks. I find it hard to believe that I receive comments, but no ad clicks on anything. I'll explore other opportunities to make money using my blog. I am disappointed with Google Ads.

You can see that the tough times has diminished my article count in recent months. I am finding it hard to weather the financial storm. What does it take to survive a financial storm? Maybe you can take up on spirituality or increase their religious faith, but will that help them to survive in a world controlled by money? If you don't have help or money, you'll starve in this world.
The Internet runs off of the misery of others. Many of the most valuable domains are ones that target loans, payday services, refinancing and consolidation. Strengthening a skill will increase your value, but it is hard to attract any interest from respective employers. Everybody is getting laid off, or told they'll have to take a pay cut. Never lose focus on your quest to be successful. Continue to think positive about your chances. It only takes one opportunity to deliver success right to your door. Many people online try to persuade you that their money making ventures will transform your struggles into instant rewards.
You want to believe that the time is now. If you have to spend money, and you're not going to seek higher education, then it is too hood to be true. Spend some time researching what makes you happy in life. Surely there is one career that will make you happy. Once you figure that out, you'll be well on your way to seek personal growth. Good luck.

How to make fast money?
How do you make fast money? That's what many want to learn. The most efficient way to make money is to work at a sales jobs. It takes time to generate income. You can write articles online. From experience, the quicker way to make money is to sell your unused stuff.
Sift through all of your posessions. Determine what you need. Quick money items are recent books, especially academic textbooks. People are always looking to buy books for cheap. Another way is to purchase domains that have marketable names. Recently a domainer flipped a domain for 6 figures. His cost was the price of registration. Though many consider domaining risky, there is a lot of money to be made if you buy names of certain products and services, and then write about them. You'll generate traffic, as well as build value into an already appealing domain name.
I can always suggest visiting a casino, but I would be deceiving you about making money. To even suggest that you'll walk out with a profit is wrong. Take advantage of Ebay. Either hold auctions or set buy it now prices. Try to be reasonable with your prices. Too many people are looking to make a fortune, they never stop to think their million dollar price range for an item which appraises for $500 will attract interest. Look around your home for unwanted items. Unwanted items to you may be of interest to many people looking to save money. Try to avoid selling your gold for cheap. Put it up on Ebay. Since times are tough, you may find a buyer looking for a nice piece of jewelry.
Good luck on your quest to make quick money.

Be careful when you post on Craig's List
Recently I posted a few of my domains on Craig's List. Immediately after, I received offers, but many were people trying to scam me or offer their money making services. It is hard to determine whether an offer is legit. Be careful when you post your items on Craig's List. Scammers don't even take the time to read your ads. They just hope you'll send them your information.
How can a secretary or mover come pick up a domain? Really sad that we live in a world with people who seek to ripoff everyone. Don't be too trusting when you sell stuff online. On the contrary, Craig's List is a good marketing tool to spread the word about an existing product or service you're selling at another location. Take advantage of the free advertising. I happened to make one small sale. Good luck.

Haven't you noticed that goals and dreams become more of a struggle once you reach the end
Whenever anyone nears their ultimate goal, everything starts to fall apart. The stress is so intense, people struggle to function within their own space. This is the time when you have to remain focused on reaching your goal. Every person experiences adversity, which puts them in a tough position. What I've learned is that you can't give up. It is easy to give up, but much more harder to stay on course.
Think about how much time and energy you invested into your goal. If you're a student, you attended every course. You've taken tests, paid for tuition, listened to lectures, written many papers and completed the requirements to graduate college. Now it is time to use your education to further advance in life. The economy may influence your decision making abilities as to whether you will land a good job or risk losing out on many opportunities because there are a large pool of competing applicants.
Never give up on your goals or dreams. The difference between goals and dreams is how far you'll go to accomplish them. Dreams are sometimes left behind because of obligations, whereas as goals are more attainable. You can live both your dreams and goals. Don't let people in your dream field prevent you from reaching success. They may try to persuade you, even warn you that it is not worth the time and effort to chase after that particular dream. just know that every successful person wanted to succeed. They may have accidentally landed into their success, but they put forth the effort to accomplish their goals.
Millions of students will graduate this upcoming summer. Some will continue their education, while others will look to enter the workforce. The best advice I can give you is to prepare yourself. What can you do to separate yourself from your competitors. I would recommend attending a leadership program to acquire a certificate on how to lead as a manager and as a follower. Leaders know how to communicate a vision, giving them access to endless possibilities. Followers are more likely to respond to a vision than to accept control. Putting control into a group produces better results. as opposed to controlling and abusing power.
Every person has the potential to achieve success. We all deserve to find happiness. Consider using spirituality to maintain a positive outlook, while also improving your listening to land that dream job. Good luck!

Domain Flipping
Last January I picked up 20 domains. Since then, I let those domains expire, and purchased another 300+ domains targeting travel locations, jobs, education, shopping and many other popular areas. I spent the last 6 weeks researching the web on what domains have sold and the importance of creating keyboard friendly names. Domain flipping seems to be very hard, as only a select few have the ability to enter auctions.
40 of my domains have been rejected on Sedo. It seems impossible to sell anything on Go Daddy. I signed up for accounts at Moniker and Afternic. In addition, I am considering DJ Journal, Bido and a few other domain hotspots. I have some really good domain names, but haven't been able to generate any interest. Maybe it's not the right time to flip the domains.
I would appreciate any feedback regarding the quality of my domains. A few of them are listed below. Thank you for your time.

Sedo Domain Company
Sedo frustrates me. For the fifth time, my domains have been rejected from their auction. I have many domains that are of quality, as well as having traffic. Many on Sedo don't have any real traffic, with some only receiving 1 unique visitor a month, whereas mine have close to a 1000 unique visitors per month. At first I assume I had a chance because Sedo didn't reject a few of my domains, but then they send me a later e-mail today to reject me once again. 40 of my domains have rejected so far. These are domains that their price suggestions have appraised for a good amount. I feel that rejection is something I always have to deal with, especially in seeking career advancement. Any way that I can sell quality domains? I have tried on many websites. Thanks.

How to attract traffic to your blog?
I started this blog last June. I have the same amount of ad clicks as I had several months ago. I don't even know if anyone is reading my blogs. I have seven times as many blogs as ad clicks. I have 4 friends on my blog list. It seems really hard to attract blog traffic and to also sell my domains.
When I enter screenwriting contests, I always lose to other writers who have less appealing scripts. I'm starting to think that I have to continue waiting for my change at success. My blog is a failure. My writing career hasn't amounted to nothing. My degrees are collecting dust. Student loans and debt are burying me in quicksand. It may seem that I'm complaining about struggles that most people are experiencing across the country, but I leave out all of my actual struggles.
Right at this moment, I would be happy if I can attract blog traffic and to sell a few of my domains. That would definitely be a good way to jump start my career. I have a few books and several screenplays that I have been working on for quite some time now. I'm hoping to find a moment to polish them. I may experience another obstacle with trying to find representation.
Most agents would rather look for established writers instead of taking on a new addition. Everything that I am lacking right now is because I can't seem to attract attention to my products and skills. Now that I'm fully prepared to take the next step, I can look to increase exposure. Any ideas on how I can attract more traffic to my blog? Thanks in advance.

A wise person gave me some advice
Many times in the past I applied for less desirable positions, only to be told that I'm overqualified for them. Sometimes, the interviewers will bluntly ask me why I would want a job such as the one that I'm applying for, especially when I have a strong resume.
I recently communicated this problem to another neighbor. He suggested that I directly respond to these interviewers, "I want to take this jobs because when I become your boss, I want to know what I'm doing." That is a response you should give to any interviewer that tries to test the real reason you're applying for a position.

What can education get you these days?
After earning many degrees, I still have yet to see the value in my education. I believe that people respect me better because i have education, but are there any other advantages for acquiring higher education? I have helped many students to earn their degrees. I always hear about how a degree now is worth very little as opposed to education in the past. I have taken advantage of every opportunity given to me. Times seem to be getting tougher than ever before.
So really, what can an education get you these days? I have been searching for my dream since the mid 90's. I've made many sacrifices. I paid my due many times over again. To this moment in time, I am worse off then I was after graduating high school nearly 16 years ago. I served in the military in the 90's as a medical technician, and then attended many great college to earn degrees. I have a handful of degrees, excellent writing skills and strong communication skills. Where has my education taken me?
I am still trying to figure out whether education is necessary. When you owe a fortune in student loans, you start to think if making the sacrifices to earn degrees is worth a lifetime of debt. If I don't live my dream, then I am forced to accept making little money, which will never be enough to pay off my student loan debts. It will take the latter part of my life to make a dent into the loans. It is not worth the effort to be looked at as being intelligent. Any person can learn to write, especially through reading books and communicating with people. Essentially, a person should make their own decisions in life, and avoid listening to what others are suggesting for them to do.
I noticed that my education has helped me to provide for others. Many students have graduated because I helped them to overcome their writing weaknesses and to influence them to realize their potential. Maybe that is considered my reward for improving my education. My professional writing dream is still waiting on the back burner. Until I make it there, I will continue trying to take advantage of every opportunity, possible leading me to become successful. I will prepare myself with confronting my weaknesses and improving my strengths. I urge you all to reflect on your mistakes to better prepare yourself. Good luck!

How do you sell domains? Who will buy them?
I have many great domains which I purchased within the past month. Many of my domains target traveling, jobs and other popular areas. In addition, they have high monthly searches and high cost per click value. Instead of looking for future worth, I managed to find unclaimed domains that were already worth good money.
Now I'm experiencing problems with selling my domains. I won a domain on an auction, which is valued at $2600. I haven't had any luck attracting attention to it, even though it receives 700 page views a day. I recently put it on at a Go Daddy auction, and never received a bid on the domain. A month earlier, I was battling a few dozen bidders on trying to acquire it. I also tried to use price suggestions on Sedo to sell my domains, which is supposed to determine price according based on market demand. I haven't attracted any attention to my portfolio.
Maybe I need to be patient about the process. Sometimes we never get the results we hope for until we relax. I have many great domains which are worth good money. Many of them target highly popular areas and items. I am good with finding the gems, but can't seem to sell any of them. I know that it will take money to make money. I will have to select my best domains, which I can then have them appraised and pay the extra money to increase their exposure. I have the skills to make a good buy, but haven't determined the best strategy to sell them. If anyone has any good ideas as to how I can find buyers, I will appreciate the advice.

Amazon is a reliable company
Last month I purchased a Western Digital external hard drive from Amazon. When I received the drive, I was excited because it enabled me to free up some space off of my hard drive. After connecting the unit, my Apple experienced problems with detecting it. At first the icon showed up on the screen, and then a few hours later it disappeared, never returning back again.
I contacted WD regarding the defective drive. They returned a message with instructions on how to load the drive. However, the drive still didn't work. I visited Best Buy to determine whether the drive was actually defective. One of the Apple specialists tested the unit on a Mac, and discovered that the drive was a lemon. Afterward, I returned home and logged into the Amazon system, I noticed that they had an option to make exchanges. I selected the option, and explained to them what had happened.
I was able to place another order on the drive, which Amazon sent to me overnight without charging me the second time around. I returned the defective drive with a free UPS label they provided me. The new drive worked perfectly. Because of Amazon's noble effort, I will continue to shop there. I consider them to be a reliable company that wants to maintain a long-term business relationship. Thanks again Amazon.
